The Savannah Book Festival is thrilled to announce that submissions for the 2026 Festival scheduled for February 5 – 8, 2026 are open.
Each year, we celebrate the power of storytelling when we bring together acclaimed authors, devoted booklovers, and inspiring narratives in the heart of historic Savannah. If your book was recently published and you are looking for an opportunity to engage with readers, share your insights, and be part of one of the nation’s premier literary festivals, we invite you to submit your work for consideration.
We also encourage booklovers to submit their favorite authors’ works. Please review the Submission Guidelines carefully. A few points of note:
- The Savannah Book Festival is focused on adult literature. Children’s books will not be considered
- We accept traditionally published books in fiction, nonfiction, graphic novels, cookbooks, and food-related titles, art and architecture, local focus, and poetry
- Eligible books must have been published after February 9, 2025
We look forward to the discovery of diverse voices, celebrating the written word. Submissions close on June 30, 2025.
